What is OFIAS-TUFS Service Front ?
It is ONE-STOP SERVICE OFFICE which provides services to foreign researchers and teachers for their soft-landings and survival on our campus.
The services to be provided:
-Supports for them to obtain the information and complete the procedures to visit Japan
-Supports for them to obtain the information and complete the procedures to stay at TUFS
OFIAS-TUFS Service Front will support foreign visitors' daily life.
Supports for them to visit Japan
-Information services before their visits
-Information services on their salary, tax, insurance, rent and such
-Information services on visa and support for them to complete the necessary procedures
-Orientation on their arrivals, etc.
Supports for them to stay at TUFS
- Information services for their daily life
- E-mail services in English on notifications and announcements inside/outside TUFS
- Interpretations and assistance at the medical examinations
- Interpretations and carrying out various procedures in and out side of TUFS
- Counseling services whenever necessary
